What is the typical lead time for shipping a robot?

Due to the specialized nature of our robotics hardware, domestic orders typically ship within 7-14 business days, while international shipping may take 15-25 business days depending on customs clearance.

Do Unitree robots come with a warranty?

Yes, all our robots include a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal operating conditions.

What payment methods do you accept for enterprise orders?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers (T/T). For qualified educational or corporate institutions, we also accept Purchase Orders (PO) with net-30 terms.

Can I return a robot if I change my mind?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. A restocking fee may apply to electronics that have been activated or customized.

Is technical support included with my purchase?

Every purchase includes access to our online documentation, SDK libraries, and basic email support. Dedicated engineering support packages are available for purchase separately.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and local regulatory compliance fees.
