Contact our technical support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

Securely pack the robot in its original factory packaging, including all sensors, batteries, controllers, and documentation to avoid damage during transit.

Shipment & Inspection

Affix the provided shipping label and dispatch the package; upon arrival, our engineers will conduct a full diagnostic to verify the unit's condition.
